Hi, I'm Mel. I work in private practice offering counselling sessions online, and I also work for a domestic abuse charity. I have particular interests and experience in eating disorders, body image, disordered eating, weight stigma and self-esteem. I also have experience of working with perpetrators of domestic abuse and can offer support with understanding anger and anger management.

I have worked for eating disorder charities for 7+ years.
I've worked in the counselling/mental health/charity sector for 10+ years.
Qualifications
BA (Hons) Counselling and Therapeutic Practice.
Foundation Certificate in Counselling and psychotherapy.
Introduction to Counselling - listening skills.
